Position: San Diego - Sales Associate

Location: San Diego, California

Compensation: $Commission Base

The outside sales associate is responsible for pursuing new business and maintaining current clients. Other tasks will include managing client relationships, reporting sales progress to the Director of Sales, and staying abreast of new programs, software, and products.

Summary of essential job functions
Sales – the sales associate will aggressively pursue new business for Ultimate Exposures, Inc. New business opportunities include but are not limited to school picture days, panoramic photography, and culmination ceremonies.

Qualifying New Business - The outside sales associate is responsible for qualifying all jobs before they are contracted and making sure that they are within the Ultimate Exposures standards.
Client Relationships – The outside sales associate will work to maintain and improve client relationships for all of the Ultimate Exposures, Inc. markets. Regular phone calls, emails, and client visits will be a key component of this function.
Education - Maintains and updates current Ultimate Exposures product knowledge including related services, contracts, and pricing guidelines.
Reporting - Prepares and submits weekly sales logs, call reports, potential business lists and other reports as necessary to the Sales Manager. Analyzes assigned sales area and updates the Sales Manager on a regular and timely basis regarding progress/challenges toward achieving personal and team sales goals.
Scheduling - Works closely with the Director of Sales to ensure efficient scheduling of schools according to company guidelines.
Development Meetings - Participates in company-sponsored meetings to review sales performance, product development, sales goals, and profitability.
Job Qualifications - High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s degree preferred; a minimum two-years of proven sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and training.
