Position: Event Coordinator Assistant

Location: Van Nuys, California

Compensation: $10 per hr

Ultimate Exposures is seeking a dependable and well organized individual, interested in learning the complexity of event management. Responsibilities include preparing shoot related materials, making food/travel arrangements, placing phone calls to our staff, image handling, packing vehicles, and running errands. It is very important that you work well in a constantly changing environment and be comfortable with physical labor. Reliable personal transportation is a must and the ability to drive pickup trucks and cargo vans is also necessary.

 
We are looking for highly organized, friendly and professional people who want to work and grow with our company. This position has the potential to lead to a full time Event Coordinator position at Ultimate Exposures. Our Event Coordinator position applicants must be team players, have basic internet knowledge, and be well versed in Microsoft Word and Excel.
 
Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week. Must be able to work on Saturdays.
