Available Positions:
Position: Production Coordinator
Location: Van Nuys, California
Compensation: $13 per hour
Ultimate Exposures photographs hundreds of events annually and manages a library of over 1 million images. This position will operate under the general supervision of the Director of Operations, within a set of policies and procedures. The production team maintains image storage and ordering, facilitates the migration of images from capture media to website for ordering, processes photo orders, communicates with customers and clients via email and phone, investigates service and/or product failures and corrects them, and consistently refines the processes of executing job duties.
The Production Coordinator position will be generally responsible for keeping daily production moving toward completion. The position is heavily focused on PC computer work.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Intermediate level skills in Adobe Photoshop (CS2) and Lightroom (v2.7)
· Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Publisher applications
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a team
· Excellent follow up skills and attention to detail
· Applicant must be willing to work weekends
· Demonstrate ability to work independently under general supervision
· Strong analytical and organizational skills
· Demonstrate professional phone skills
· Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with multi-tasking a must
